    3. Please complete ALL necessary details such as Full Name, Delivery Address, and Contact Number
    4. Press the CONFIRM ORDER Button to Complete Transaction

    NOTE: Please always make sure to double check all necessary information are correct and accurate before clicking the confirm button to avoid inconvenience.

  1. How can I track my order?

Upon completion of your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email and a follow-up message with the tracking information within 24 hours after we ship the item. .

  1. How long does shipping takes?

The duration of the shipping depends on the product and the location. 

Manila Area - 2 to 3 business days
Provincial / Remote Area - 3- 10 business days

Please give us an allowance for 12-14 days if there is a shipment issue or delays due to bad weather or unforeseen situation.

    4. What if I input wrong or incorrect shipping address?

Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost for the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or double check your address is right. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping. Please review your order before submitting your order.

RETURNS

  1. How do I return my order?

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. What if I receive a product that is damaged?

We try our best to make sure that does not occur, but stranger things have happened. We have protocols in place that can aid in rectifying any discrepancies with your order. If you have received an item you think is defective or not functioning as expected, simply contact us within 5 days of receiving by sending us an e-mail at support@topandpickph.com . Don't forget to attached photo or video so we can address the issue clearly.

  1. Can I return my purchase?

Yes, you can return merchandise purchased on our website. Our return policy is 30 days, and merchandise must be returned with all original packaging, unworn and in brand new condition.
